At ImageHQ, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@imagehq.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@imagehq.com.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we will cover the return shipping.
