At ImageHQ, we work hard to get your gear to you as fast as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States)

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. ImageHQ is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on select orders. Eligibility will be shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order on our Track Order page.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at imagehqsupport@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
